Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States and Canada.

• Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: arrives in 9–15 days in the United States and 9–14 days in Canada, from the day you order, with tracking.
• Tracking: you get a tracking link by email the day your order ships.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 8 to be on track to arrive before Christmas.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of ordering, email us at info@pinepup.shop with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll update it.
